Can we say that God is absolute and relative at the same time?

Answer
God cannot be relative but only absolute. To be absolute He has to have in Himself relative parts, which are His energies, personal and impersonal. Absolute means that everything conceivable must be in Him. We cannot conceive something he is not or He has not, otherwise we could not have conceived it.
Relative means something that needs to relate to an absolute entity to exist. God, Krishna, doesn’t need anything external to be because he has everything within Himself. Therefore there is nothing beyond Him.
So He is absolute (shaktiman) and He has relative potencies (shaktis).
