The incarnation of Lord Paraśurāma comes endowed with sufficient power to punish the kṣatriyas kings and rulers, who with pride and arrogance were contradicting the Vedic principles.
Lord Paraśurāma came to free the world from these fallen kṣatriyas.
In this way the Supreme Personality of Godhead descended as an incarnation in the Bhrigu dynasty (brāhmaṇas) and released the burden of undesirable kings by overcoming them many times.
Lord Paraśurāma still lives as an intelligent brāhmaṇa in the mountains of the country known as Mahendra.
Completely satisfied, and having surrendered all the weapons of a kṣatriya, in the next manvantara Lord Paraśurāma, the son of Jamadagni, will be a great proponent of Vedic knowledge.
In other words, He will be one of the great seven sages.
