My Guardian Angel, who I named Theo (he says humans don’t have the vocal chords to pronounce angelic names) said that it might sound harsh, but it is their job to make sure we are in the exact time and place to suffer the accident.
You can reduce the severity by saying this Benevolent Prayer each morning as I do (out loud): “I ask any and all beings to aid and assist anyone that I have ever harmed either physically, mentally, morally, spiritually, or emotionally, in any past, present, or future life, and to aid and assist the families and friends of anyone that I have ever harmed in any way, in any past, present, or future life.” Theo says this works, because all of those lives are all going on at the same time, as time is an illusion to us.
