A son born to Maharaja Kuru by Vihini. Ile had three brothers named Caitraratha, Muni and Janamejaya. Abhisyanta was the younger brother of Asvavin and elder brother of Caitraratha. (M.B. Adi Parva, Chapter 94, Verses 50-51).
