GBC Funding for Bhaktivedanta Institute

Considering the importance of the work that Srila Prabhupada placed on the Bhaktivedanta Institute in terms of presenting the Vedic understanding of life and the universe, and the existence of God, and considering that the Mayapur Temple of Understanding will make the display that Srila Prabhupada wanted of the working universe, I was wondering in the budget set in the GBC annual meeting, where are the funds for the Bhaktivedanta Institute?

 

If one listens to the YouTube videos by Dr. Richard Thompson on ‘big bang’ or the Vedic conception of the universe, one can hear the late Sadaputa explain the importance of the Institute’s work, particularly because of the Vedic city with the centerpiece — the Temple of Understanding that Srila Prabhupada had wanted.

 

It will be a great challenge to modern scientific views, so much preparing the ground for this Vedic view is required. So how important is the work that’s needed to give the understanding in a logical and intelligent way – something Sadaputa Prabhu was so very expert at?
