Dear #Virabahu Prabhu
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
My humble opinions are as follow:
I don’t know the Swami, if I had met him I probably could have some suggestions to offer.
I know nothing about his disciples, who and how many they are, or how vindictive they could be in the face of an obvious lack of respect to their Guru. I don’t even know anything about his organization. I have only seen a short video of his asrama in India and is nothing impressive.
I believe it is a question of tone of voice and substance of knowledge on our tradition, where he can be reminded that it is not the tradition of any school (Vaisnava or not) for a guru to enter another guru’s place and give class, saying what he said. It is evident to me that either he does not know the sadacara or he pretends not to know it thinking that his white beard and sannyasa clothes can attract people to him.
It was a serious mistake to have invited him to give class (because it is a fact that he was invited by a devotee) and now we find ourselves worrying about not offending him by telling that he cannot give other classes.
So someone has to tell him these things in the kindest and most cultured way possible.
As for the philosophical principle, if you want to send more of Srila Prabhupada mentions for the devotees to learn, it’s OK but I don’t think it is necessary for the purpose that this does not happen again. Now devotees, even the youngest ones, have understood the principle that no non-Iskcon devotee can speak in our temples unless invited by high-level authorities. Both you and I have been quite clear on this point.
And finally, regarding the supposed donation, I really don’t see why they would donate to us for a temple in a city where they don’t have it. If they really had the money to buy a temple they would buy it for themselves. I think we can rule out that it will happen.
Your servant,
Manonatha Dasa

Dear Manonatha Prabhu
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Thank you very much for your invaluable participation in this delicate matter. If you have an idea of what they could say without upsetting the Swami and his group, please share it.
Meanwhile, please let me know what you think of the following before I post it there. Do you think it will help? I thank you in advance.
Hare Krsna.
Your servant,
Virabahu Dasa
