\u201cEnse\u00f1anzas de Su Divina Gracia A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada: \u00abDe igual manera, quienes se toman en serio la comprensi\u00f3n de Dios no deben limitarse a una sola escritura. Deber\u00edan leer todas las dem\u00e1s escrituras que contienen informaci\u00f3n sobre Dios. As\u00ed como a veces citamos la Biblia, los cristianos no pueden citar el Bhagavad-gita ni el Bhagavata. No pueden hacerlo.<\/span><\/p>\n

No leen. Ni siquiera leen sus Biblias completas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es evidente que no se refiere a sus disc\u00edpulos o seguidores, sino a una persona hipot\u00e9tica que llega a poseer un Srimad-Bhagavatam. Srila Prabhupada nunca llam\u00f3 a un disc\u00edpulo \u00abcaballero\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

No deber\u00eda limitarse a un solo libro (refiri\u00e9ndose a la Biblia), sino tambi\u00e9n leer otros libros \u00abque contienen informaci\u00f3n sobre Dios\u00bb. De hecho, contin\u00faa diciendo que, si bien ocasionalmente citamos la Biblia, los cristianos nunca citan el Srimad-Bhagavatam porque no leen. Ni siquiera leen la Biblia, mucho menos el Bhagavad-gita o el Srimad-Bhagavatam.<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed no dice que debamos leer la Biblia, sino que los cristianos deben leer nuestros libros.<\/span><\/p>\n

En este contexto, Srila Prabhupada los critic\u00f3 por no leer nuestros libros y por no tomarse en serio la lectura de la Biblia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Era 1974, todos sus disc\u00edpulos ten\u00edan poco m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os, y por esta raz\u00f3n Srila Prabhupada les repet\u00eda que leyeran \u00absolo mis libros\u00bb. Esta instrucci\u00f3n sigue siendo v\u00e1lida, ya que sus libros contienen todo lo necesario para la liberaci\u00f3n y el servicio devocional puro.<\/span><\/p>\n

So what we have to understand from them? [break] …an\u0101dir ananta-r\u016bpam. This is only for K\u1e5b\u1e63\u1e47a. But K\u1e5b\u1e63\u1e47a has got expansions\u2014unlimited. Advaita, acyuta, ananta. Ananta means unlimited. God, His one feature is K\u1e5b\u1e63\u1e47a, and He has unlimited features.<\/span><\/p>\n

If a gentleman simply reads the \u015ar\u012bmad-Bh\u0101gavatam quietly at home, he will be fully conversant, fully aware of what is God. Just like a scholar.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is not limited in one university or in one book. He reads various books to understand the subject matter of his research. Similarly, those who are actually serious about understanding God, they should not stick only to a particular scripture.<\/span><\/p>\n

They should read all others where the information of God is there. Just like we sometimes quote from Bible, but the Christians, they cannot quote from Bhagavad-g\u012bt\u0101 or Bh\u0101gavata. They cannot do that.<\/span><\/p>\n

But they do not read. Even they do not read fully their Bible.<\/span><\/p>\n
