Writing is remembering, Srila Prabhupada use to say. Keep in a diary, you now write how your day was and how much was truly Krishna conscious. You pray to your Sweethearts of your heart how much you have remembered Them today, that you will remember Them one minute more (or more) tomorrow.

Now this world is losing its glitter by dint of a higher taste. When that higher taste is condensed it then becomes Ruci, taste. That Ruci becomes still more condenced and evolves into Asakti, deep attachment. Now back at Nistha the ecstatic symptoms begin to appear, like tears, horripulations, and more. The more you read, the more you tell others, the more you will remember and the ecstacy and yearning to engage in their Nitya lila, Eternal devotional service now becomes more prominent in your prayers. And remembering will start giving what is called Uddipans, or reminders. Example, when you are reading about how Sri Radhika with Her vine-like arms wrap around the Tamal tree-like Madhava, You may see in this world a creeper wrapping around a tree and this will remind you of those Divine pastimes of Gokula!

Eventually you will experience this material world changing into the Spiritual world due to these Uddipanas. Naturally as you concentrate on your prayers to want to please Nagari Nagara (Paramours), Being concerned not to want for your self, Vrajesvari Vrajesvara will become attracted to your Bhajana and They will bless you with Their mercy.

It is said in the Rasa Sastras, between Asakti and Bhava, one then receives their Siddha-deha, their spiritual form.
