<\/a><\/a>Cit-sakti reveals the supreme substance<\/span><\/h2>\n

Cic-chakti-dvara vastu-prakasa<\/span><\/p>\n

Cit-sakti reveals the Name, dhama, activities and forms of the Supreme substance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Krishna is parama-vastu[1]<\/a> and His body color is dark. Goloka and others are Krishna dhamas where He exhibits His lilas.<\/span><\/p>\n

His Name, His dhama, His forms, His qualities, His lilas, etc., all belong to the category of akhandadvaya-jnana[2]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

All varieties are due to para-sakti. Krishna is the natural owner of para-sakti and it is the eternal activity of Krishna.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dharma[3]<\/a> and dharmi[4]<\/a> are not different from each other, indivisible and non-dual. In the abode of eternity and knowledge, variety is due only to visesa.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>The nature of Maya-sakti<\/span><\/h2>\n

Maya-saktira svarupa<\/span><\/p>\n

The shadow of that sakti is known as Maya[5]<\/a>. By Krishna’s desire, she creates the external world[6]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>The Jiva Sakti<\/span><\/h2>\n

Jiva-sakti<\/span><\/p>\n

The Jiva, or Jiva-sakti, are equal to and at the same time different from the Supreme. They are manifested by Krishna as tatastha[7]<\/a> so that they can serve.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>The two types of Jivas<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dui prakara dasa visista Jiva<\/span><\/p>\n

There are two types of Jivas: nitya-baddha[8]<\/a> and nitya-mukta[9]<\/a>. Those who are nitya-mukta are eternally eligible to render service to Krishna.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nitya-baddhas are bound by Maya and must go through the cycle of birth and death. They are of two types: bahirmukha[10]<\/a> and antarmukha[11]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

By association with sadhus, those who are antarmukha can attain Krishna-nama, and through the influence of Krishna-nama, they advance towards the abode of Krishna.<\/span><\/p>\n

[1]<\/a> The supreme substance.<\/span><\/p>\n

[2]<\/a> Indivisible non-dual knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

[3]<\/a> The property.<\/span><\/p>\n

[4]<\/a> The owner.<\/span><\/p>\n

[5]<\/a> Ma = not, ya = this.<\/span><\/p>\n

[6]<\/a> The material world, also known as Devi Dhama.<\/span><\/p>\n

[7]<\/a> Tatastha-sakti, marginal energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

[8]<\/a> Eternally conditioned to matter.<\/span><\/p>\n

[9]<\/a> Eternally liberated from material illusion.<\/span><\/p>\n

[10]<\/a> Averse to Krishna.<\/span><\/p>\n

[11]<\/a> Inclined to Krishna.<\/span><\/p>\n
