Cortar tambi\u00e9n los tomates y reservarlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Para el pesto, lavar bien la r\u00facula, ponerla en una batidora junto con los pi\u00f1ones, el parmesano, el aceite, la sal y la pimienta, triturar todo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Una vez lista la cebada y las verduras, en un bol mezclar todos los ingredientes junto con el pesto de r\u00facula. Ajuste la sal y la pimienta si es necesario.
