{"id":44114,"date":"2023-04-04T01:41:01","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T05:41:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isvara.org\/archive\/?p=44114"},"modified":"2023-03-17T13:43:44","modified_gmt":"2023-03-17T17:43:44","slug":"recetas-kofta-de-espinaca-y-panir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isvara.org\/archive\/recetas-kofta-de-espinaca-y-panir\/","title":{"rendered":"Recetas: Kofta de espinaca y panir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clinicamedicasanluca.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/spinaci-alimentazione-sana-600x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">100 gr de espinacas cocidas y exprimidas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">200 gr de panir (queso casero)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">500ml de nata<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">4 clavos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">1 cucharada de jengibre fresca<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">2 cucharaditas de asaf\u00e9tida<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">1 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">2 hojas de laurel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">\u00bd cucharadita de granos de pimienta negra<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">\u00bd cucharadita de nuez moscada reci\u00e9n molida<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">3 cucharaditas de sal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">ghee o aceite para fre\u00edr<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Trabajar el panir con la palma de la mano hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Picar las espinacas en media luna, picarlas finamente, agregarlas al queso con una cucharadita de sal, \u00bd de asaf\u00e9tida, una pizca de nuez moscada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Mezclar todo bien y formar bolas con un di\u00e1metro de unos 2,5 cm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Fre\u00edr las bolitas con ghee a fuego fuerte, apenas dorar y ponerlas a verter en una retina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ponga una cucharada de ghee en una cacerola, cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agregue: clavo, granos de pimienta, hojas de laurel, jengibre fresco y asaf\u00e9tida; fre\u00edr durante unos segundos. Agregue la crema con \u00bd vaso de agua, la c\u00farcuma, la nuez moscada y la sal, mezcle bien, coloque las bolas en la salsa y hierva por 10 minutos con la tapa puesta a fuego lento.
