He was informed that by this time many of the last remaining personal associates of Mahaprabhu had recently disappeared from this world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Gradually, Syamananda Prabhu entered Utkaladesa. Along the way he stayed at the homes of different devotees and blessed them with his mercy. In this way he again came to Gopiballabhpur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Here when he received the news that his Guru, Sri Hridaya Caitanya Prabhu, had also departed from this world, he fainted right away. After recovering his consciousness, he wept for some time, terribly distraught.
