Is this argument, that the material energy is deceitful, disloyal and ungrateful, vedic?
Answer
If you are cooking and by misusing the knife you cut yourself, you may blame the knife that is sharp but the real cause is you. If you were attentive, nothing will have happened.
Similarly Maya is just an instrument. You have full knowledge of what is right and what is wrong. If you misuse Maya (the material world) you’ll suffer.
You know that, it is bound to happen.
Blaming someone or something else for our problems is deceitful. We are cheating ourselves. We like to feel victims. But we are not.
We are fully responsible for what we do and for the reaction that will come.
